At Mojo Products, we want to offer you the very best customer service therefore we offer a 30-day refund policy after delivery. As the customer you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
All items must be returned in the original condition, unused with labels still attached in a secure box or packaging.
We can issue a refund or a replacement as soon as possible once we have received the item in the correct condition. We recommend sending parcels back to us using www.parcel2go.com. If you wish to return any other items (e.g. not a battery) then please use a courier of your choice, we would recommend Royal Mail or Hermes.
If you believe your battery to be faulty then please return it to us using the same method as explained above. Once we have received it, we will run some tests and if the battery is found to be faulty then a refund will be issued plus the postage amount spent by you as the customer.
We do not accept any liability for you the customer ordering the incorrect product. All product specifications are clearly explained on each product page. Please make sure you check your current battery measurements against the battery you would like to order, if you are unsure then please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
